Well,After the flopping of England in the world cup! Looks like the Fa of England Are now really serious about the home grown policy to make sure another flop like this season won't happen again!..But like the title says..Is it really good?..Well Some people might be thinking it's a good idea with Teams like Arsenal And liverpool Using almost none of Home grown players in their first 11.But can't forget those who want the plan to be abolish as fear that the quality of the league will drop! Well no question though That those foreign dudes Are seriously Maintaining the Standard of the league! With only a certain household names like Stevie G And Frankie being what Fa want's...Being ENGLISH!
But Seriously i think that Making this policy will seriously screw the quality of the league! As this is another way of spoon feeding the Players! They have to work hard to get a place in the team! This is a challenge which is beneficial to them to be better players! The English team flop cause the players Are just to cocky And getting money by the buckets Making them Change to a more lazy mentality! But look at players Like Mesut Ozil And Sami Khedira Who get a quarter less then those so called super stars And yet they Shined over players like Rooney And Lampard!
Just look at players Like Jack Wilshire And Theo Walcott! For them,It wasn't an easy right Especially Wilshire Who had to wait for years to finally break into the first team with fine performances! How did he perform well? Cause He wanted to break into the first team And please the boss..Same story for Walcott!...So Do the FA of England just want to shove this policy into the game And expect miracles?!
So,for me! This policy will just ruined the game! FA have to encourage the players to work hard for thier place! The english team seriously didn't have the skills and Determination in the recent ended world cup! And trust me! thier more players better then some of them(No offence)..Reason? Their place in the first team is already Secured! They don't have to worry of constantly improving!
So yeah! this stuff should be abolish! I'm With Arsene Wenger on this! 100%
