Ramadhan=football season..Is a good thing?

Well! Were back this year for another ramadhan month were Muslims from all corners of the world..(Even the little one's) Would fast in test of their Patience,Humility and temptations! But one question will be running in everyone's mind now!...How are the Muslim players going through This feat of playing in the elite League of the world and at the same time fasting which means no food or drinks after training or Game time!...Well for me! this is a great way to move closer to god! Well Take Jesus for example,He fasted incredibly long! Well i know he was the son of god! But in this world he was not immortal! so yeah! it's a great way! Well the Muslims in my neighborhood are also playing as usual so i don't think it's a real hard feat to do if you put your heart and soul to it!
Anyway! I would like to give some tips to you people out there who are currently fasting and acting as though your an angel or something :P

1)Always..I mean Always make sure you get enough fluids during sahur and after breaking fast! Cause it's like the most important element in your body! lose it and you die..simple! So always make sure you get ample amount of water

2) Never overeat! That's a mistake Been made by many as tempting bazaars offering so much delicious food!...Like Hey come on! remember why your fasting in the first play! Not only he makes you take back all that calories and weights you up but also it tires you as our stomach needs to keep digesting which in fact makes us lazy... And also it wastes our money on food we can't eat!

3)Besides overeating, Make sure you all your nutrients to stay on top of your game the whole day without food! Having your carbs,Protein,Calcium is super important to maintain a healthy body! Soft drinks as a fluid or chips for breaking fast is a NO NO!

4)Well i know it's fasting! But keeping yourself active also works! Lazing around doesn't help as your body would switch to lazy mode and therefore making you crave for food!

5)And the most important step! MAKE SURE you get enough sleep! At least about 6 hours or if you can 8 would be better! Not only it keeps you healthy but also having enough sleep keeps that hungry monster from getting up! Getting a well sleep before 'Sahur' Is a superb way to start your day!

Well follow this tips and your on your way to an easier time with fasting(Hopefully)..But hey again! It's great for you ;)..Have a great Ramadan! And keep enjoying football! Cause like i said earlier keeping active does help! :D....but just don't over do it ;)

P.S I'm not a muslim,I got all this info from friends...thanks to them! :D
