Group Stages Update Of The Uefa Champions League 19-20 Oct 2010

So fast time has gone and well you wouldn't want to believe but all the teams have already played each other in their groups.How fast time is flying?It's making us feel old!In the first set of games,There was a suprise in group E where Basel beat Roma Resoundingly in Roma's Backyard while the other game could have also sprung a suprise by Bayern did just enough to hold on a precious 3 points against CFR Cluj At The Munchen Arena.In Group F,Chelsea Continued thier 100% Record by beating A Determined Spartak Moscow Side While Marsellie did just Enough to carve out a win which was expected to be more against Underdogs Zillina by A solitary goal by Diawara.In group G,It was the match of the giants as Spanish Giants Real Madrid Faced Italian Giants Ac Milan And it The Spanish Giants that did of the better to win by 2 goals to none.While Ajax beat Auxerre in the other match.

In Group H,Braga Recorded thier First win in the Group by beating Partizan at home with an impressive 2:0 Win While Arsenal Continued their Fantastic killing act in the championship by recording another big win,this time Sending Shakhtar who were on an unbeaten run look normal with a 5:1 Win..Fabregas coming back to the squad and scoring a penalty

The next day,In group A Tottenham Hotspur Once again were very impressive and they pushed away all to the end and were left to pout at the end as another Italian Giant Inter Milan manage to pull out a 4;3 win which in fact was the biggest scoreline of the 3rd set of matches.Bremen And Twente battled out to a 1:1 Draw.

In group b,Lyon kept their Perfect record intact with a 2:0 Win against Benfica while Schalke Beat Israeli club Maccabi Haifa by 3 goals to 1.In Group C,Rangers And Valencia when home fair and square with both taking home a point while Man utd who are facing the Rooney Shock did well enough to beat Bursaspor by a goal.

In the last group matches,Pathaniakos had to settle with a Stalemate against Rubin while Barcelona beat Kobenhavn by 2:0 to be right there on top of Group D

Review on the English Teams!!!

It was a superb outing for the English Outfit with all four teams doing well with Man Utd,Chelsea And Arsenal picking up Great wins and Tottenham just unlucky to make it a perfect outing for the Country which invented this amazing game :) but can't leave out the amazing contribution by Leftback Gareth Bale who made a stunning hat trick to save Tottenham's butts.Arsenal were particularly pleasing as another big win has already taken their tally to 14 goals in the group in just three games and England would also be impressed that they have Brought up a Stunning player named Jack Wilshire as another great performance probably will be seeing him in the senior team as a regular soon enough.Man united And Chelsea not so big wins but a win is a win!..Hopefully Tottenham will have this new sense of hope after that game to power on in their last three games and make it four out of four in the next stages
