Group Stages Update Of The Uefa Champions League(1st Set of Games)

It was an exciting Day 1 Of the Uefa Champions league for the Elite of Europe,With last Season's Semi Finalist's Barcelona stepping up their game to trash Panathinaikos by 5 goals to 1In Group D. But it wasn't good news For The reigning champions as they were duly Held By Belgium side Twente 2:2 In Group A(So That means all of Group A Members are leveled on points now).It Also wasn't A great day for all English clubs As Tottenham who were close to a marvelous win against Werder Bremen let slip a two goal cushion to be held in their Debut in the cup in Group A.And Man Utd Also being held In a boring draw between Rangers without a single goal!...But Arsenal did Justice to the English Section with a fantastic Win against Braga by recording the Biggest Scoreline of the 2 days with a 6:0 Annihilation And Chelsea Beating Zilina in an Expected match by 4 goals to 1..Elsewhere there were wins for Lyon and Benfica in Group B,Valencia move top of Group c with a 4:0 Trashing of Turkish club Bursaspor.Cluj made all thier experience in the Champions league last year worthwhile with a good 2:1 win over a Basel who is considered on par with them in E while last year;s runner up's Bayern Settling off Roma in the same group. And The most shocking result had to be in Group f Where Spartak Moscow settled off Marseille by a single goal.In group G,As Expected Real Madrid And Ac Milan beat Ajax And Auxerre Respectively. While,Shaktar Donetsk are level on points with arsenal after beating Partizan by a goal themselves in the last group(H)..

So Overall a Mix Result from the English Clubs,Tottenham if they countinued to pushed like how they did in the First half they probably would have been up there on top already in what should have been a dream Start.Well for Man Utd,They couldn't start a fresh after that mental draining draw against Everton where they let slip a win that was technically in the bag plus they horror injury of their influential Valencia wouldn't be a good welcome.Good thing That Chelsea And Arsenal were on their Stylish self's to at least give some smiles to the English Football department With empatic wins,For Arsenal. It Seems Cecs Is finally getting his form back and Vela could pretty well be in the first team soon enough after scoring 2 goals in the Game together With Cesc Fabregas adding on to his goal against Bolton in the weekend,Chamakh seems to be doing well himself too.Chelsea Seem to not even lay a mistake since the start of the league with a confident win as Anelka who has been ban by the French national team would certainly give a though of two about taking away the ban with a good comeback of Two goals and Essien seems to be next lampard as again he scored while Sturridge certainly should ease the burden on Anelka And Drogba(Who didn't play)..So next Stop is the Shadow of Chelsea..Man City this weekend,Expecting it to be a absolute cracker of a game

~UPDATE~Next games will be played on the 28th and 29th of September
