Home Grown Mission!

With the premier league finally stamping their mark in the Dire State of the future for the English Squad Due to the massive amount of Foreigners Hogging any chance of This English Youngsters Getting into the First team!.Ged Roddy who is the Director of the youth Development in England was at hand to give more info about how the clubs are helping To Achieve the Mission of bringing more talent into The league. He said'What we do see is our Academies or our clubs is spending Significant amount of money having invested money to bring up young players. All that investment accumulating to 40 million pounds on our Academies this year.We need to increase access you can get to our players, were talking about 10,000 Hours in a ten year process. So we need to create that environment'.Well I think Even before this new rule there have been success With For Example Danny Rose from Tottenham who burst into the Scene with a absolute blockbusting goal against Arsenal Last season that Even Arsene Wenger was impress And looking at Harry Redknapp Face after that goal showed the time all sacrifice bearing fruit!.
Let's see,Hmm..We can even Look At Dan Gosling which whom he played for the first time last Season for the First Team At Everton 2 years ago at just 18 and now seems to be a hot prospect for England in the Coming years. And We go to Development Crazy Arsenal Fc Which have A huge amount Of Foreigners in the team but packed with Super Stars of tomorrow Like Rhys Murphy,Henri Lansbury,Mark Randall and many more to name.
So Basically,Premier League clubs are taking the right direction in maintaining a healthy amount Of English players in an English league. And in fact The Development Team recorded an amazing amount of Home Grown Players Amounting to a staggering 68 players making first team debuts according to Ged Roddy And his whiteboard which is really encouraging for The English league.Especially with All these top names like i typed earlier from other countries coming for inflated prices and taking over the league can be really Disheartening to kids that really want to be professional footballers in the country. So yeah it's great, plus with young talents Like Jack Wilshire is making into the scene this season into first team football together with Theo Walcott who has countinued to impress this season. And James Milner and Adam Johnson Controlling the flanks At Man City Among the Top home grown young talents already to play top flight football are only among the few named. So yep! There's more i'm lazy to list out :P

Oh yeah for those who don't understand this new Home Grown rule yet. It's a rule where Teams have to name A 25 member squad and in that squad,A minimum 0f 8 Home Grown Players have to be named in the squad. And the rest can be Non home Grown...
