It's Official! Michael Dawson will not feature for the next two Months meaning he will miss England's Next Match Against Switzerland. Not only it will be a blow To England in losing a top Defender but Also His Club Tottenham Hotspur will feel the Effect of Losing their Defender who is deemed to have hit the top of this game. The tall Defender will not only miss premier league games for them but also the first three Uefa Champions League matches starting with a match Against German Side Werder Bremen Away on the 14th of September.

The 26 year old Full back Was stretchered off In the middle of the Second Half after a challenge on Bulgarian Ivalin Popov didn't turn out on what he intended on Friday At Wembley And the next day his club Medical Staff revealed the Extent of the Injury on the poor guy.It would be a huge blow to him after working so hard just to get into the England Team just dashed like that(For a couple of months of course).Hopefully he will come back with this form if he is to get any chance to get back into both club and England team. But actually to admit it was somekind of a relieve news for me as the situation of him on the ground looked like he torn his ligament which could have taken 4-6 months more.

Scans on Saturday by the medical staff showed that he had indeed sprained his left Medial knee ligament and more of his left ankle ligaments which pretty much explain his agony on the pitch on Friday.Although already ruled out for Tuesday's Group C Game Against Switzerland,The FA have Decided not To Replace him as the got adequate cover for Spurs Defender.A Statement From The FA read 'Following a scan on his knee this morning,Michael Dawson will miss England's Euro 2012 Qualifier with Switzerland This Tuesday.England And Tottenham Hotspur medical staff were in contact this morning and Dawson has now returned to his club for further treatment. There will be no further Call up'.Hope he will get back as soon as possible to lead the English Defense which have been under fire for a long time And Tottenham Hotspur Of course in their bid to mount a serious Premier league Title Challenge
