Team of the week ~~~week 14th~~~

A week with tons of shocks and not to mention goals.A week which saw Tottenham come back from 2 goals down to win 3:2 to end a 17 year drought.Birmingham providing Chelsea a back to back defeat for the first time in well...years!!!.Bolton continuing their push at the top with another game which showed the club's current rich vein of form.Man Utd Continuing their unbeaten Run and Everton holding Sunderland who shocked Chelsea in their own backyard last week.So basically alot of activities this week and well after some time thinking,This is my team of the week.

GK:Ben Foster(Birmingham)-Singled Handed guided his team to a famous Victory against English giants Chelsea with 9 massive saves including on tip to be save of the season.Good Signs for the keeper's department for England.

RB:Glen Johnson(Liverpool)-Was tipped to leave the club after a season of poor performances at the back.But came back strong from Injury and prove his value to the club by scoring the first goal of the game against West ham.

CB:Younes Kaboul(Tottenham Hotspur)-He provides a solid base for Tottenham game in and game out together With his new Partner William Gallas.And not only he outshone the Arsenal's Defence but he also got a touch at goal by scoring the winning goal to complete the superb turnaround for The Hotspurs.

CB:Pablo Zabelata(Man City)-Capped his Performaces at the back with a stunning 20 metre strike in the first half to grab City's second goal in front of football legend Diego Maradona.Well although he played At his favoured rightback.But i normally see him in the Middle of the defence and well i guessed that's where he belongs in my team this week :)

LB:Gareth Bale(Tottenham)-Didn't really see him in the first half but pulled most of the strings together with Van Der Vaart in the Second half Against Arsenal as His speed was once again a problem for the oppositions.Capped the performance with the first goal to start the comeback.

RW:Lee Chung Lee(Bolton Wanderers)-Seems to be pushing into a regular spot for Bolton already.The Asian winger showed what Asian players are known for By providing all types of problems with his speed.And even got a hand at goal with a first time left foot curler against Newcastle in that rout.

MC:Rafael Van Der Vaart(Tottenham)-One of the real players to come alive in the second half as he played all the strings from crossing in the winger to getting a penalty for the team.He Single Handedly turned around the team's fortunes.

MC:Lee Bowyer(Birmingham City)-He scored the all important goal for Birmingham by bursting into the Chelsea's box and slotting in the unlikely winner.

LW:Morten Gamst Pedersen(Blackburn)-In Sensational form to score two goals which were the only two goals in the game against Aston Villa.I think he already overtaken his tally last season.Great game for the Norwegian.

FC:Carlos Tevez(Man City)-A player which any team can rely to get in the goals and his pace and agility gave all kind of problems to the Fulham's Defence and came back with two great goals to end his one month goal drought

FC:Johan Elmander(Bolton)-Since Owen Coyle came around,He has performing to what he was paid for with skills you only can see in the spanish league.This new style of play set by the manager looks to be to his liking as he has already overtaken his tally in the entire time he been at England.
